Following an initial assessment consultation we will develop a personalised evidence - based exercise program aligned to your goals.
Your program may include:
Physio rehabilitation exercises;
Pilates - influenced exercises;
Education and advice regarding self management strategies for long lasting benefits.
For these sessions, we utilise a wide range of pilates equipment including reformers and Cadillac and Physio props to add variety to your workout.
