Physio Exercise Sessions

If you are working towards a specific goal or require more personal attention, you will enjoy our small group sessions (maximum of 4 participants) where our Physios will guide you safely and effectively through the class.

We believe that with our extensive injury management experience and intimate knowledge of the body, we can help you achieve the best results.

Following an initial assessment consultation we will develop a personalised evidence - based exercise program aligned to your goals.

Your program may include:

  • Physio rehabilitation exercises;

  • Pilates - influenced exercises;

  • Education and advice regarding self management strategies for long lasting benefits.

For these sessions, we utilise a wide range of pilates equipment including reformers and Cadillac and Physio props to add variety to your workout.

Assessment consultation

Our Initial Physio Exercise Consultation will be your first step in your exercise journey. We will focus on your current physical abilities and goals, which will allow us to develop the right exercise program to suit your needs.

This way we can help you manage chronic pain, improve your flexibility and mobility, improve your posture, increase your core strength or improve your balance.

You’ll receive a comprehensive biomechanical screening including a Real Time Ultrasound Scan of your core muscle activation. Following your assessment, we’ll discuss the results with you and develop a program of exercises designed to your specific health and wellness goals.

We may recommend an additional one or two private sessions before commencing group classes so that you feel more confident with the exercises and the equipment.

Physio Exercise Sessions

Every session is instructed by a pilates-qualified physiotherapist to ensure safety and efficiency in your exercises. We believe that with our extensive injury management experience and intimate knowledge of the body, we can help you achieve the best results.

Our studio is fully equipped with traditional Pilates equipment, including Balanced Body (trademark) Reformers, Cadillacs, Wunda Chairs and Barrels. Each piece is designed to challenge your body, assist your progress and strengthen and lengthen your muscles.

Balance cushions, fitballs, theraband, weights, self massage products, chi balls and foam rollers are all part of the fun.

Whether you work in a private, duet or small group setting (maximum of four people), our equipment sessions are engaging, motivating and suitable for all levels of ability.

Regular 1:1 reviews with your physio will help keep your program fresh and relevant to your desired outcomes.
