Mat Pilates

Our floor-based Pilates classes will tone, stretch and condition your body.

During this 60-minute class we use a range of techniques – own body resistance, therabands, foam rollers, balls and hand weights – to create variety and challenge.

Our classes are instructed by physio/pilates instructor Berni who was also an aerobics instructor ‘back in the day’! Be ready to have some fun as she motivates and supports you to do the very best you can.

This class is designed for a maximum of 8 participants, and suitable for all fitness.

Please note, this class is NOT SUITABLE for anyone with medical or injury concerns. We would strongly recommend an assessment with our physios if you are unsure.
